Step 1:

1. Power off the Mobile.
2. Press or Hold Using Volume UP + & Lock Button.
3. Click on the Down Arrow Button.
4. At now, Click on the Power Button.
5. Click on Clear Data.
6. Click on Clear Cache.
7. Click on OK.
8. Now,Clearing Data.
9. Go Back to the Home Screen.
10. At now, Restart your Mobile ( Using Lock & Volume Up Buttons ).

Step 2:

1. Click on Emergency Call – Dial #016*037#.
2. Power off the Mobile.
3. Now, Again Switch off the Mobile.
4. Click on Down Volume Button ( – ).
5. Press or Hold the Lock & Volume Up Buttons.
6. Now,Switch of the Mobile.
7. Again Click on Clear Data.
8. Click on Clear Cache.
9. Click on OK.
10. Now Click on Clearing Data.

Step 3:

1. Now, Again Restart the Phone.
2. Take a Another Device.
3. Click on Open the App.
4. Click & Dial for Service.Go Back to the Home Screen.
5. Click on Total Customer.
6. Go to the Home Screen ( < ).
7. Click on Iam a safe Dealer.
8. Now,take your Phone.
