Step 1:

1. Draw Pattern.
2. Without Data Delete (X).
3. The Phone has Been Locked.
4. Click on Cancel.
5. Click on Emergency.
6. Dial *#0169*003#.
7. Select Emergency.
8. Click on Ok.
9. Draw Pattern.
10. Click on Cancel.
11. Switch Off the Phone ( Using Lock & Volume Up Buttons ).
12. Vivo Logo is Displayed.
13. On Button Volume Down (-).
14. Click on Recovery Mode.
15. Vivo Logo is Displayed.

Step 2:

1. Click on Clear Data.
2. Click on OK.
3. Draw Unlock Pattern.
4. Click on Not Working.
5. Install Software.
6. Click on Networking Update Software.
7. Click on Ok.
8. Click on Cancel.
9. Click on Restart.
10. Click on Ok.
11. Vivo Logo is Displayed.
12. Draw Pattern.
13. Click on Forgot.
14. Click on Cancel.
15. Click on Forgot.
16. Identify Verifification _
17. 100% Working Code Box 1:- *#0119*7289#.
18. Box 2:- Vivo Y12.
19. Click on Verify.
20. Choose Screen Lock _ None.
