This is Samsung Galaxy M21 mobile. The customer brought this mobile to our shop.The technician asked the customer what is the problem with the mobile. The customer said that the mobile is as if the logo is coming and it hangs.The technician said that he will check the mobile and repair it.

• First open the mobile back panel.
• Separate the mother board from the mobile.
• If you check, this problem is caused by the RAM getting shot.
• We thought that Changing the RAM would solve the problem, but it is possible that the problem will come again due to cpu.
• So what we decided is that if we change the ram and reballed the cpu and refix the problem will be solved.

Let us solve the problem in this mobile :

• This problem is common in Samsung Galaxy M21 and M31 mobiles.
• It is a double decker mobile which means CPU and RAM are combined.
• First cut the glue around the RAM in the blower heat 250 and cut the glue while heating it.
• Then to lift ram and cpu, heat temperature 340 degrees and air is 2 should be lifted.

• Then the ground should be down Graded with soldering iron.
• Clean thoroughly with a wick.
• Then clean the cpu.
• Then the ram pillars on top of the cpu should also be cleaned carefully.
• The ram pillars above the cpu should be reballed.

• After that, the cpu should be reballed.
• Then look at the direction of the cpu and fix the cpu.
• Now we are changing the RAM. Earlier we had Micron RAM. Now we have changed Samsung RAM.
• Check whether this line is shot or not.
• Mother board should be Attached to your mobile.
• Let’s check if the problem is solved.
• The hang on logo problem is gone.
