this is  samsung galaxy a30 s mobile. A customer brought a mobile to our shop. The technician asked the customer what the problem was. Customer said mobile is dead.The technician told the customer that he will check the mobile and solve the problem.

𝙽𝚘𝚠 𝙻𝚎𝚝'𝚜 𝚁𝚎𝚌𝚘𝚟𝚎𝚛 𝚃𝚑𝚒𝚜 𝙼𝚘𝚋𝚒𝚕𝚎 𝙵𝚛𝚘𝚖 𝙳𝚎𝚊𝚍 :

• First we need to open the mobile back panel.
• If you connect the mobile to a 6 in 1 charger, it will take 0.1 milliampere.
• If connected to a dc power supply it is drawing 0.069 milliampere. What is the result if the trigger is pressed but no result. mobile completely in dead condition .
• Separate the mother board from the mobile.
• If there is any water damage in the mother board or should be checked. What is not water damage.
• First we have to check on the v-bat line in the board.
• Check forward bias and reverse bias with the help of multimeter.
• A reading of 0.454 was obtained in forward bias and a reading of 2.586 was obtained in reverse bias. There was no problem in the v-bat line.

• Charging ic should be checked to see if there is any shot.
• When we check in diod mode, we should get the value above the capacitor. on one side Zero’s should come on the other side.
• We have zero’s on both sides of this charaging ic .

• So charging ic is a close shot.
• Then check the gr values ​​above the coils near the main pm ic.
• The gr values ​​above the coils are fine.
• The capacitors around the PM IC are also shot. The multimeter gives a reading of 0.001.

• Apta ic now has a capacitor shot.
• A few capacitors here and there are showing shot.
• Now what we have to do is remove the vph coil and check which side the shot is.
• After removing the vph coil there is a shot on one side and a reading of 0.001 is obtained. The second side reads 0.853. There is no shot on the side where the reading comes from.

𝖭𝗈𝗐 L𝖾𝗍'𝗌 C𝗁𝖾𝖼𝗄 W𝗁𝖾𝗋𝖾 T𝗁𝖾 C𝖺𝗉𝖺𝖼𝗂𝗍𝗈𝗋𝗌 A𝗋𝖾 S𝗁𝗈𝗍 W𝗂𝗍𝗁 R𝗈𝗌𝗂𝗇 S𝗆𝗈𝗄𝖾 :

• Wherever we have capacitors shot, if we apply rosin smoke, the shot will find out.
• Put rosin smoke near V bat line, near charging point, near PM IC, near apta ic and inject Votage.
• An ic shot in the network section.
• After that add another layer of Rosin Smoke on that shot ic and inject the voltage again same ic shoted .
• The mobile is not turning on because of that ic shot.

• It is enough to replace this ic. But we don’t have any other ic.
• So let’s drill the Ic and pull out the capacitor in Ic.
• If the capacitor is taken out, the shot will be lost.
• Drill above with an 11 number surgical blade.Apply liquid in the middle and drill.
• After drilling the capacitor should be removed.
• After removing the capacitor, attach the board to the mobile and check whether the mobile turns on or not.
• Mobile turned on successfully.
• The customer is happy.
