This is Redmi Note 9 Pro Max mobile. The customer brought the mobile to our shop.The technician asked the customer what the problem was. He said that the mobile will restart automatically.The technician told the customer that he would check and solve the problem.

• When the mobile power is turned on, the 1st logo appears and stops.
• It restarts automatically when the charger is connected and the power is turned on.
• How this complaint came is that it came on the complaint that the network is not available.
• Then another technician heated the 4g above. After heating we realized this auto restart problem.
• Commonly, the auto restart problem in these models is caused by cpu. Otherwise, this problem occurs when there is a short in the secondary line when it is submerged in water.
• MI logo will appear and restart.
• So what is the solution to this problem is to make the cpu reball and make it refix.

Now Let's Solve The Problem In This Mobile :

• First we need to open the mobile back panel.
• After opening the back panel separate the mother board from the mobile.
• Then go to cpu. Go to the cpu and remove the cpu, reball and refix it .

Now let's cpu reball and do the refix :

• First, the components around the cpu should be covered with a silver cover so as not to get damaged.
• Next, since this is a black pasted cpu , the glue around the cpu should be neatly cut.
• Put flex paste on the cpu and heat slowly with blower quick 857 dw+.
• Take the lifting blade while heating slowly and lift the cpu slowly.

• Blower heat temperature should be 350 degrees and air 3 to lift the cpu.
• After lifting the cpu all the balls above the cpu pad should be down graded with soldering iron by applying flex paste and ppd paste.
• next clean with wick .Keep the board aside for a while.

• Then take the cpu and add the ppd and flex paste to the cpu balls and downgrade them with the soldering iron.
• The black paste above cpu has to be cleaned so neatly.
• next clean with wick.Now let’s try to reball.
• First take the universal stencil. Keep the stencil fixed on the cpu.
• After keeping it still, apply the ppd lightly on top of the stencil.
• The after blower should come showing heat from a corner.
• Some balls will swell after heating.They should be cut with a surgical blade.
• Add PpD again and do heat . After you think that all the balls are correct, remove the stencil slowly.
• cpu reball is over .

• The next cpu should be refixed.
• Show heat on the cpu pad and add flex paste and see the direction of the cpu and refixed with blower.
• cpu should get the same shack and set.
• Then let’s connect the board to the mobile and check if the problem is solved or not.
• The problem is not solved. We have checked why the problem is not solved.
• Earlier when another technician showed 4g and above heat there was a problem inside the sdr ic.
• The problem was solved by removing the old sdr ic and refixing a new sdr ic.
• Problem solved. So customer is happy.
• Mobile turned on successfully.
