This is redmi note 9 pro mobile. The customer brought this mobile to our shop. The technician asked the customer what is the problem.The customer said that the back lighting is not coming in the mobile. The technician said that he will check the mobile and repair it.

Now let's check the Redmi Note 9 Pro mobile :

• First remove the mobile back panel.
• The mother board should be separated from the mobile.
• First we need to check on the display connector.
• Check the gr value on the lines related to lighting on the display connector.
• There are the anod line, Cathode 1, Cathode 2, Cathode 3 and cabc lines.
• Above those lines should also check the gr values.
• All the lines will show the value above.

• Then check the rectifier diod.
• On one side there is OL. On the other side there is value.
• There is a doubt on the boost coil. Let’s remove the boost coil and see.
• This is PM 6150 L ic given.
• Lighting section and graphic section are given in this.

• We have to check the Gr value on the removed boost coil.
• On checking, one side got gr value and other side got OL.
• We have changed the boost coil.
• This is our problem.

Now let's solve the problem on mobile :

• Now we have to remove the IC of PM 6150 L and check if the balls under the IC are damaged or the line is cut or the pad is damaged.
• After removing it, the ic pad should be cleaned.
• From now on the Connectivity to the boost coil to ic is cut. If the track has to be laid.
• Scratch near the boost coil and see.
• That would have happened to them with water damage.

• Now we need to attach a small micro jumper.
• A micro jumper should be installed from the ic pad to the boost coil.
• Then the boost coil should be refixed.
• First apply heat on the ic ground.
• Then apply flex paste.
• Now look at the direction one and place it on the ic ground.
• PM 6150 L IC should be refixed.
• Then the mother board should be cooled with a cool fan.

• Mother board should be attached to your mobile.
• Check whether the mobile power is on.
• Mobile turned on successfully.
• The mobile also comes with back lighting.
• problem is solved.

ఇది రెడ్‌మీ నోట్ 9 ప్రో మొబైల్. కస్టమర్  ఈ మొబైల్‌ను మా     దుకాణానికి తీసుకువచ్చాడు. టెక్నీషియన్ సమస్య ఏమిటని కస్టమర్‌ని అడిగాడు. మొబైల్‌లో బ్యాక్ లైటింగ్ రావడం లేదని కస్టమర్ చెప్పాడు. మొబైల్ చెక్ చేసి రిపేర్ చేస్తానని టెక్నీషియన్ చెప్పాడు.

ఇప్పుడు Redmi Note 9 Pro మొబైల్‌ని చెక్ చేద్దాము :

• ముందుగా మొబైల్ బ్యాక్ ప్యానెల్ తొలగించండి.
• మొబైల్ నుండి మదర్ బోర్డ్ వేరు చేయాలి.
• మొదట మనం డిస్ప్లే కనెక్టర్‌ను తనిఖీ చేయాలి.
• డిస్ప్లే కనెక్టర్‌లో లైటింగ్‌కు సంబంధించిన లైన్‌లపై gr విలువను తనిఖీ చేయండి.
• యానోడ్ లైన్, కాథోడ్ 1, కాథోడ్ 2, కాథోడ్ 3 మరియు cabc లైన్లు ఉన్నాయి.
• ఆ లైన్ ల పైన gr విలువలను కూడా తనిఖీ చేయాలి.
• అన్ని లైన్స్ పైన ఉన్న gr వాల్యూస్ చూపుతాయి.

• అప్పుడు రెక్టిఫైయర్ డయోడ్‌ను తనిఖీ చేయండి.
• ఒక వైపు OL ఉంది. మరొక వైపు విలువ ఉంది.

• దాన్ని తీసివేసిన తర్వాత ఐసీ ప్యాడ్‌ని శుభ్రం చేయాలి.
• ఐసి నుంచి బూస్ట్ కాయిల్‌కి ఐసీకి కనెక్టివిటీ కట్ చేయబడింది. ట్రాక్ వేయాల్సి వస్తుంది .
• బూస్ట్ కాయిల్ దగ్గర స్క్రాచ్ చేసి చూడండి.
• వాటర్ డామేజ్ వల్ల అలా జరిగినది .

• ఇప్పుడు మనం చిన్న మైక్రో జంపర్‌ను అటాచ్ చేయాలి.
• ఐసి ప్యాడ్ నుండి బూస్ట్ కాయిల్ వరకు మైక్రో జంపర్‌ని ఇన్‌స్టాల్ చేయాలి.
• అప్పుడు బూస్ట్ కాయిల్ రీఫిక్స్ చేయాలి.
• ముందుగా ఐసీ గ్రౌండ్‌లో హీట్ ని అప్లై చేయండి.
• తర్వాత ఫ్లెక్స్ పేస్ట్ అప్లై చేయండి.
• ఇప్పుడు డైరెక్షన్ చూసి ఐసీ గ్రౌండ్‌ పై ఉంచండి.
• PM 6150 L ICని రీఫిక్స్ చేయాలి.
• తర్వాత మదర్ బోర్డ్ ను కూల్ ఫ్యాన్ తో చల్లార్చాలి.

• మీ మొబైల్‌కి మదర్ బోర్డ్‌ను జత చేయాలి.
• మొబైల్ పవర్ ఆన్‌లో ఉందో లేదో తనిఖీ చేయండి.
• మొబైల్ విజయవంతంగా ఆన్ చేయబడింది.
