Hello Every One ,

This is a Redmi Note 5 Pro mobile. The customer brought this mobile to our shop.The technician asked the customer what is the problem. He said that the customer's mobile is dead.The technician said he will check and repair it.

Now let us solve the problem in this mobile :

• First we need to open the mobile back panel.
• Connecting the mobile to the system does not take any port.
• It seems that the board is getting heated here and there.
• From this it is understood that there is a shot in the mother board.
• Separate the mother board from the mobile.
• Let’s separate the mother board and find out if there is a shot through multimetre.

• The mother board is fresh, no water damage.
• Set the multimeter in diod mode and put the red prop to board ground and the black prop to the positive point of your battery connector.
• If we check in forward bias like that, we get a reading of 443.
• If we do the same check in reverse bias, we change the props oposite and get a reading of 715.
• The reading that should really be here is above 1000. EX: 1300, 1400, 1500, 1600 etc.
• This means that there is a shot in the mother board.

• Once checked in dc power supply it takes direct ampire (like 5amps) which means there is a confirmed shot in the board.
• Where it heats up well means there is a shot.
• Where there is heat, the shield should be removed.
• After removing the shield, check if the components are shot with the help of multimetre.
• And all the surrounding of ic components are showing the shot.

Now let us know which component is shot :

• There is a method to know which component is shot.
• The components should be serviced by adding the liquid.
• Then take rosin and put rosin smoke on the components and find out the shot.
• The shot above the components doesn’t show us anything near the rosin smoke.
• Above that there is another ic .The shot shows near that ic .
• Normally, there is no ic shot. Any component next to it could have been shot.
• As done earlier, put On top of thatrosion on the components in another place and check whether there is a shot or not.
• A capacitor will be shot next to ic when checked.
• We found out the shot successfully.

Now let's remove that shot capacitor from the mother board :

• Wherever we have a shot capacitor, we have to remove that capacitor.
• After removing the capacitor, set the multimeter to diod mode and check the value if the board is in reverse bias.
• The short on the board was successfully removed. If checked in multimetre it got a reading of 1672.

• Now let’s connect the mother board to your mobile and see if the mobile turns on or not.
• mobile turn on successfully.
• customer is happy.

ఇది Redmi Note 5 Pro మొబైల్. కస్టమర్  ఈ మొబైల్‌ను మా దుకాణానికి తీసుకువచ్చాడు. టెక్నీషియన్ సమస్య ఏమిటని కస్టమర్‌ని అడిగాడు. కస్టమర్ మొబైల్ డెడ్ అయిందని తెలిపారు. టెక్నీషియన్ చెక్ చేసి చేయిస్తానని చెప్పారు.

ఇప్పుడు ఈ మొబైల్‌లోని సమస్యను పరిష్కరిద్దాము :

• ముందుగా మనం మొబైల్ బ్యాక్ ప్యానెల్ ఓపెన్ చేయాలి.
• మొబైల్‌ని సిస్టమ్‌కి కనెక్ట్ చేయడం వల్ల ఎలాంటి పోర్ట్ తీసుకోలేదు.
• అక్కడక్కడా బోర్డు వేడెక్కుతున్నట్లుంది.
• దీన్ని బట్టి మదర్ బోర్డులో షాట్ ఉందని అర్థమవుతోంది.
• మొబైల్ నుండి మదర్ బోర్డ్‌ను వేరు చేయండి.
• మదర్ బోర్డ్‌ని వేరు చేసి, మల్టీమీటర్ ద్వారా షాట్ ఉందో లేదో తెలుసుకుందాం.
• మదర్ బోర్డు ఫ్రెష్ గా ఉంది, వాటర్ డామేజ్ ఏమి లేదు.
• మల్టీమీటర్‌ను డయోడ్ మోడ్‌లో సెట్ చేయండి మరియు రెడ్ కలర్ ప్రోప్ ను బోర్డ్ గ్రౌండ్‌కి మరియు బ్లాక్ ప్రాప్‌ ను మీ బ్యాటరీ కనెక్టర్ యొక్క పాజిటివ్ పాయింట్‌కి ఉంచండి.
• మనం ఫార్వర్డ్ బయాస్‌ లో అలా చెక్ చేస్తే, మనకు 443 రీడింగ్ వస్తుంది.
• మనము అదే రివర్స్ బయాస్‌లో చెక్ చేస్తే, props ని రివర్స్ గా పెట్టి 715 రీడింగ్‌ను వస్తుంది .
• ఇక్కడ నిజంగా ఉండవలసిన రీడింగ్ 1000 కంటే ఎక్కువ. EX: 1300, 1400, 1500, 1600 మొదలైనవి.
• అంటే మదర్ బోర్డ్‌లో షాట్ ఉందని అర్థం.

• dc పవర్ సప్లయ్ లో చెక్ చేసిన తర్వాత అది డైరెక్ట్ ఆంపియర్ (5amps వంటివి) తీసుకుంటుంది అంటే బోర్డులో షాట్ ఉంది.
• ఎక్కడ బాగా వేడెక్కుతుంది అంటే అక్కడ షాట్ ఉంటుంది.
• వేడి ఉన్న చోట, షీల్డ్ ని తొలగించాలి.
• షీల్డ్‌ను తీసివేసిన తర్వాత, మల్టీమీటర్ సహాయంతో components లో షాట్ ఉందో లేదో చెక్ చేయండి.
• మరియు ఐసి చుట్టుపక్కల ఉన్న components అన్నీ షాట్‌ను చూపుతున్నాయి.

ఇప్పుడు మనము ఏ ఏ కాంపొనెంట్ లో షాట్ వస్తుందో తెలుసుకుందాము :

• ఏ కాంపొనెంట్ లో షాట్ ఉందో తెలుసుకోవడానికి ఒక పద్ధతి ఉంది.
• కాంపొనెంట్స్ పైన liquid వేసి సర్విస్ చేయాలి.
• అప్పుడు రోసిన్ తీసుకొని కాంపొనెంట్స్ పై రోసిన్ పొగను వేయాలి మరియు షాట్ కనుగొనండి.
• కాంపోనెంట్స్ పైన ఉన్న రోసిన్ స్మోక్ దగ్గర మనకు ఏమీ షాట్ చూపించలేదు.
• ఆ పైన ఇంకో ic ఉంది .ఆ ic దగ్గర షాట్ చూపిస్తుంది .
• సాధారణంగా, ఐసీ షాట్ ఉండదు. దాని పక్కన ఉన్న ఏదైనా కాంపొనెంట్ షాట్ అయ్యి ఉండవచ్చు.
• ఇంతకు ముందు చెక్ చేసిన దగ్గర కాకుండా , మరొక చోట కాంపోనెంట్స్‌పై రోసిన్ వేసి మరియు షాట్ ఉందో లేదో చెక్ చేయండి.
• చెక్ చేసినప్పుడు ic పక్కన ఒక కెపాసిటర్ షాట్ చూపిస్తుంది .
• మేము షాట్ విజయవంతంగా కనుగొన్నాము.

ఇప్పుడు ఆ షాట్ కెపాసిటర్‌ ని మదర్ బోర్డ్ నుండి తీసివేద్దాము :

• మనకు షాట్ కెపాసిటర్ ఉన్న చోట, ఆ కెపాసిటర్‌ని తీసివేయాలి.
• కెపాసిటర్‌ను తీసివేసిన తర్వాత, మల్టీమీటర్‌ను డయోడ్ మోడ్‌కు సెట్ చేయండి మరియు రివర్స్ బయాస్‌లో ఉంటే బోర్డు విలువను చెక్ చేయండి.
• బోర్డు మీద ఉన్న షార్ట్ విజయవంతంగా తీసివేయబడింది. మల్టీమీటర్‌లో చెక్ చేస్తే దానికి 1672 రీడింగ్ వచ్చింది.

• ఇప్పుడు మదర్ బోర్డ్‌ని మీ మొబైల్‌కి కనెక్ట్ చేసి, మొబైల్ ఆన్ అవుతుందో లేదో చూద్దాం.
• మొబైల్ విజయవంతంగా ఆన్ చేయబడింది.
• కస్టమర్ సంతోషంగా ఉన్నాడు.
