This is redmi note10 pro mobile. This mobile came in already dead condition. cpu reballed and recovered the dead.But there is another problem in this mobile. When power button is pressed there is no response. Now let's solve this mobile.
Now let's check this mobile :
- This is a problem in the mother board.
- The mother board should be separated from the mobile.
- Volume Down, Volume Up, Power key button above the gr value should be checked.
- Above the power key button is the gr value OL.
- The track line is cut somewhere.
- If the power button goes into the power ic.
- The shield around the power IC should be removed slowly.
- The balls under the power ic may have loose contact.
- For that we have to heat it up with the blower and see.
- This is not a problem in ic . Where there is a power key track on the board, the track may have been cut internally.
- So for this we need to put a micro jumper from the power ic to the power key button.
- Power IC should be removed.
- Remove and clean with soldering iron and add ppd and flex paste.
- Then clean with a wick.

- After cleaning check the connectivity from which pad the track is connected to the power key button.
- Put a jumper on the capacitor near the power key and open Borneo and check whether the connectivity is coming on the power pod, the connectivity is missing.
- So the track is cut internally somewhere.

- Now we need to take a micro jumper and give a jumper from the power ic pad to the power key connector.
- Connect the micro jumper to the pad and put on the UV mask. A jumper should be placed in the gap between pad to pad.
- Apply uv light.
- Jumper should be placed without touching the components.

- We have given a Jumper to the resister.
- Then the power IC should be reballed and refixed.
- The led in the components near the power ic should be cleaned.
- Add the flex paste and then place the ic in the right direction.
- Heat with blower.Now we have refixed it.
- Then on the power key came the gr value.
- Now let’s power on the mobile and see.
- Mother board should be attached to your mobile.
- Pressing the power key turns the mobile on.
- Problem is solved.

ఇది రెడ్‌మీ నోట్10 ప్రో మొబైల్. ఈ మొబైల్ అప్పటికే డెడ్ అయిన స్థితిలోకి వచ్చింది. cpu reball చేసి డెడ్ రికవరీ చేశాము . కానీ ఈ మొబైల్‌లో మరొక సమస్య ఉంది. పవర్ బటన్ నొక్కినప్పుడు response లేదు . ఇప్పుడు ఈ మొబైల్‌ని పరిష్కరిద్దాం.
ఇప్పుడు ఈ మొబైల్‌ని చెక్ చేద్దాము రండి :
- ఇది మదర్ బోర్డులో సమస్య.
- మొబైల్ నుండి మదర్ బోర్డ్ వేరు చేయాలి.
- వాల్యూమ్ డౌన్, వాల్యూమ్ అప్, పవర్ కీ బటన్ పై gr వాల్యూ చెక్ చేయాలి.
- పవర్ కీ బటన్ పైన gr విలువ OL ఉంటుంది.
- ట్రాక్ లైన్ ఎక్కడో తెగిపోయింది.
- పవర్ బటన్ పవర్ ఐసిలోకి వెళుతుంది .
- పవర్ IC చుట్టూ ఉన్న షీల్డ్ ని నెమ్మదిగా తొలగించాలి.
- పవర్ ఐసి కింద ఉన్న balls లూస్ కాంటాక్ట్ కలిగి ఉండవచ్చు.
- అందుకు బ్లోవర్‌తో వేడి చేసి చూడాలి.
- ఐసీలో ఇది సమస్య కాదు. బోర్డుపై పవర్ కీ ట్రాక్ ఉన్న చోట, ట్రాక్ అంతర్గతంగా కత్తిరించబడి ఉండవచ్చు.
- కాబట్టి దీని కోసం మనం పవర్ ఐసీ నుండి పవర్ కీ బటన్ వరకు మైక్రో జంపర్‌ని ఉంచాలి.
- పవర్ ఐసిని తీసివేయాలి.
- soldering iron తో తీసివేసి శుభ్రం చేయండి మరియు ppd మరియు ఫ్లెక్స్ పేస్ట్ జోడించండి.
- తర్వాత విక్‌తో శుభ్రం చేయాలి.
- శుభ్రపరిచిన తర్వాత ట్రాక్ పవర్ కీ బటన్‌కు కనెక్ట్ చేయబడిన ప్యాడ్ నుండి కనెక్టివిటీని తనిఖీ చేయండి.
- పవర్ కీ దగ్గర కెపాసిటర్‌పై జంపర్‌ని ఉంచండి మరియు బోర్నియోని తెరిచి, పవర్ ఐసి పాడ్‌లో కనెక్టివిటీ వస్తుందో లేదో తనిఖీ చేయండి, కనెక్టివిటీ లేదు.

- మైక్రో జంపర్‌ని ప్యాడ్‌కి కనెక్ట్ చేసి, UV మాస్క్‌ని ధరించండి. ప్యాడ్‌కి ప్యాడ్‌కు మధ్య గ్యాప్‌లో జంపర్‌ని ఉంచాలి.
- uv లైట్ ని అప్లై చేయండి .
- జంపర్ కొంపోనేనట్స్ తాకకుండా ఉంచాలి.
- మేము రెసిస్టర్‌కి జంపర్ ఇచ్చాము.
- అప్పుడు పవర్ ఐసిని రీబాల్ చేసి రీఫిక్స్ చేయాలి.
- పవర్ ఐసీకి సమీపంలోని భాగాల్లోని లెడ్‌ను శుభ్రం చేయాలి.
- ఫ్లెక్స్ పేస్ట్‌ని జోడించి, ఆపై ఐసిని సరైన దిశలో ఉంచండి.
- బ్లోవర్‌తో వేడి చేయండి. ఇప్పుడు మేము దాన్ని రీఫిక్స్ చేసాము.
- అప్పుడు పవర్ కీపై gr విలువ వచ్చింది.
- ఇప్పుడు మొబైల్ ఆన్ చేసి చూద్దాం.
- మీ మొబైల్‌కి మదర్ బోర్డ్‌ను జత చేయాలి.
- పవర్ కీని నొక్కితే మొబైల్ ఆన్ అవుతుంది.
