this is redmi note 10 pro mobile. The customer brought this mobile to our shop and said that the mobile is dead. The technician received the mobile, the technician told the customer that I will repair this mobile.

• First Let’s Connect The 6 In 1 Charger And How Many Ampires Its Taken.
• If You Connect The 6 In 1 Charger, It Will Draw 0.1 Milli Ampire.
• If The Dc Power Supply Is Connected Then 140 Is Obtained When The Power Button Is Pressed. When The Power Button Is Released The 150 And 170 Readings Are Obtained.
• If You Wonder Why This Happens, It Is A Common Problem In These Models.
• So The Solution For This Is To Remove The CPU And Make It Reball And Refix.

• first open the mobile back panel.
• Then go to cpu. The name of the cpu is qualcomm.
• Now we have to lift the cpu.
• First the adjacent components should be covered with a silver cover so that they do not rise.

• add some flex on cpu then heat with the quick 857 dw+ blower slowly.
• blower heat temperature is 350 degrees and air is 3.
• The training blade should be thrust slowly, exposing the heat to the top of the cpu.
• do not insret lifting blade forcefully.then after lift the cpu slowly.
• downgrade the cpu pad with soldering iron , ppd and flex paste. next clean with wick .
• soldering iron heat Temperature is less than 250.
• Cleaning the cpu pad is over.

• Come on let’s clean the cpu.
• add some flex and ppd paste on cpu.
• then down grade the cpu with soldering iron.
• remove the black paste on cpu.
• sodering iron temperature is less than 250.cpu should be clean and neat.
• next clean with the wick.
• Next we have to make a cpu reball.

𝙇𝙚𝙩’𝙨 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙏𝙤 𝙍𝙚𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙡 :-

• first we have to take cpu stencil.
• The cpu should be fitted perfectly to the stencil.
• Set the stencil without moving the cpu.
• apply some ppd on cpu stencil.next heat with the blower .
• Balls are formed inside.All those balls must be correct or seen.
• If the balls is all right then carefully remove the stencil.
• If the balls is not all right, add the ppd paste again and heat it with blower.
• If all the balls are correct then remove the stencil.
• If the balls but the stencil come up, they should be cut with a surgical blade.
• If the balls is not all right, add the ppd paste again and heat it with blower.
• reball is over successfully.

Now let's connect the CPU to the board and see if the problem is solved or not :-

• Now we come to the board.Clean the board again.
• add some flex paste on cpu pad,
• Look at the cpu direcion and put it in the direction well.
• Lightly heat with blower.cpu should set the same for it.
• If the wave is set, it means that the Cpu is properly seated.

• lets check mobile turn on or not.
• Mobile turned on successfully.
• customer is happy.

ఈరోజు మనం redmi note 10 pro dead సమస్యను పరిష్కరిద్దాం .

ఇది రెడ్‌మీ నోట్ 10 ప్రో మొబైల్. కస్టమర్ ఈ మొబైల్‌ను మా దుకాణానికి తీసుకొచ్చి మొబైల్‌ డెడ్‌ అయిందని చెప్పాడు. టెక్నీషియన్ మొబైల్ అందుకున్నాడు, నేను ఈ మొబైల్ రిపేర్ చేస్తాను అని టెక్నీషియన్ కస్టమర్‌తో చెప్పాడు.

ఇప్పుడు technician మొబైల్‌ని check చేస్తున్నాడు :-

• బ్లోవర్ హీట్ టెంపరేచర్ 350 డిగ్రీలు మరియు గాలి 3.
• cpu పైన బ్లోవర్ తో హీట్ చేయాలి .లిఫ్టింగ్ బ్లేడ్ నెమ్మదిగా దూర్చాలి .
• బలవంతంగా లిఫ్టింగ్ బ్లేడ్‌ను చొప్పించవద్దు. తర్వాత cpu ని నెమ్మదిగా ఎత్తండి.
• ppd మరియు ఫ్లెక్స్ పేస్ట్‌ వేసి soldering iron తో cpu ప్యాడ్‌ని డౌన్‌గ్రేడ్ చేయండి. తదుపరి విక్ తో శుభ్రం చేయాలి .

• cpu కి ఉన్న బ్లాక్ పేస్ట్‌ని తొలగించండి.

• తదుపరి విక్ తో శుభ్రం చేయాలి .
• తరువాత మనం cpu రీబాల్ చేయాలి.

రీబాల్ చేయడం ఎలాగో నేర్చుకుందాం :-

• ముందుగా మనం cpu స్టెన్సిల్ తీసుకోవాలి.
• cpu ని స్టెన్సిల్‌కు ఖచ్చితంగా అమర్చాలి.
• cpu కదలకుండా స్టెన్సిల్‌ను సెట్ చేయండి.
• cpu స్టెన్సిల్‌పై కొంత ppdని అప్లై చేయండి . తదుపరి quick 857 dw+ బ్లోవర్‌తో హీట్ చేయండి.
• లోపల balls ఏర్పడతాయి. ఆ balls అన్నీ సరిగ్గా ఉన్నాయా లేదా చూడాలి.
• balls సరిగ్గా ఉంటే, స్టెన్సిల్‌ను జాగ్రత్తగా తొలగించండి.
• balls సరిగ్గా లేకుంటే, ppd పేస్ట్‌ని మళ్లీ వేసి, బ్లోవర్‌తో హీట్ చేయండి.
• అన్ని balls సరిగ్గా ఉంటే, స్టెన్సిల్‌ను తొలగించండి.
• balls కానీ స్టెన్సిల్ పైకి వస్తే, వాటిని సర్జికల్ బ్లేడుతో కత్తిరించాలి.
• రీబాల్ విజయవంతంగా ముగిసింది.

ఇప్పుడు CPU ని బోర్డ్‌కి కనెక్ట్ చేసి, సమస్య పరిష్కరించబడిందో లేదో చూద్దాం:-

• ఇప్పుడు మనం బోర్డుకి వచ్చాము.బోర్డును మళ్లీ శుభ్రం చేయండి.
• cpu ప్యాడ్‌లో కొంత ఫ్లెక్స్ పేస్ట్‌ని జోడించండి,
• cpu దిశను చూసి దానిని ఉండవలసిన దిశలో ఉంచండి.
• Blower తో cpu తో తేలికగా వేడి చేయాలి.
• cpu దానికి అదే కడిలాడి సెట్ అవ్వాలి. అప్పుడు Cpu సరిగ్గా కూర్చున్నట్లు అర్థం.

• మొబైల్ ఆన్ చేయబడిందో లేదో చెక్ చేద్దాం.
• మొబైల్ విజయవంతంగా ఆన్ చేయబడింది.
• కస్టమర్ సంతోషంగా ఉన్నాడు.
