This is Redmi Note 10 mobile. This mobile has audio and camera problems. This mobile belongs to a student who came to us for training.To solve the problem, he put flex paste on the seepu and heated it. He said that the problem was not solved.So let's solve the problem in mobile.

- Let’s check if the audio is working on mobile.
- Audio is not working.
- The camera is also not working.
- Generally, this problem is a common problem in Redmi Note 10, Note 10 Pro, Note 10 Max models.
- This problem occurs due to dry Soldering of the cpu.
- So what is the solution to this problem is to reball and refix the cpu.
Now let's see the cpu lifting and cleaning process :
- First remove the mobile back panel.
- Separate the mobile from the mother board.
- Go to cpu, Cut the glue around the cpu carefully.
- Apply flex paste on top of cpu and heat with quick 857 dw+ blower.
- While heating slowly, take the lifting blade and lift the cpu slowly.
- After lifting, flex paste and ppd paste should be added on top of the cpu pad and down graded.
- Then clean with a wick.
- Then the black paste on the cpu pad should be cleaned with a 007 blade while heating it with a blower.
- ppd paste and flex paste should not be applied excessively.
- Now we have to clean the lifted cpu.
- First we have to down grade the cpu by adding flex and ppd paste.
- then quick 857 dw+ blower and 007 with blade and clean the black paste on cpu top very well.
- Then clean with a wick.
- Many balls form carbon and are black.
- At that time we have to take the iron brush and clean it.

Now let's reball cpu :
- Now let’s reball cpu.
- Now we need to take a universal stencil.
- The stencil should be placed on the cpu without moving it.
- A little ppd should be applied on top of the stencil.
- The quick 857 dw+ should come with the blower showing heat from one corner.
- Then the balls formed on the stencil should be cut with a surgical blade.
- Again show the heat with the blower and after knowing that all the balls have come properly, remove the stencil slowly.
- Clean the cpu after removing the stencil.
- Place the cpu facing the direction one above the cpu pad.
- After placing, flex paste should be applied on the cpu and slowly heated with blower.
- cpu should move and sit on it.
- If it sits like that, it means that the cpu is well set.
- Mother board should be attached to mobile.
- Check if the mobile turns on or not.
- Mobile turned on successfully.
- Camera and audio work and problem solved.
- Our student is happy.

- ఉంచిన తర్వాత, cpu మీద ఫ్లెక్స్ పేస్ట్ అప్లై చేయాలి మరియు బ్లోవర్తో నెమ్మదిగా వేడి చేయాలి.
- cpu కదిలి దానిపై కూర్చోవాలి.
- అలా కూర్చుంటే cpu బాగా సెట్ అయిందని అర్థం.
- మొబైల్కు మదర్ బోర్డ్ను జత చేయాలి.
