HELLO EVERY ONE ,

T𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲 W𝐞 W𝐢𝐥𝐥 L𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 H𝐨𝐰 T𝐨 C𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐄𝐌𝐌𝐂 i𝐧 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐌𝐄 𝟑 𝐌𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐞 :-

this is  realme 3 mobile. The customer came to the shop and told that this mobile is dead. The technician took the mobile.  technician told the Customer that the  will solve the problem in this mobile.

𝓝𝓸𝔀 𝓣𝓱𝓮 𝓣𝓮𝓬𝓱𝓷𝓲𝓬𝓲𝓪𝓷 𝓘𝓼 𝓒𝓱𝓮𝓬𝓴𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓣𝓱𝓮 𝓜𝓸𝓫𝓲𝓵𝓮 :-

• first we need to open the mobile back panel.
• If you check the DC POWER SUPPLY , when the press power button you will get a reading of 0.080 and it will be stuck.
• This means that the EMMC is damaged.

• EMMC should be removed and inserted in the UFI box.
• If you identify it in the UFI box, it says EMMC is dead.
• So after getting that EMMC is dead, the technician decided to change the EMMC.

𝐍𝐨𝐰 𝐋𝐞𝐭'𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐓𝐨 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐌𝐌𝐂 :-

• Already we have another dead RealMee 3 board from which let’s remove the EMMC and fix it to this board.
• If you do not have the same board EMMC, you can go to the shop and get it.
• Now we have to remove the EMMC from the Realme 3 board which has come to us for repair.
  

• Apply flex paste on top of EMMC and heat with blower.
• blower heat temperature is 350. and air is 3.
• Heat the EMMC by slowly rotating it and insert the lifting blade and lift EMMC slowly.
• The lifting blade should also be inserted slowly and should not be inserted forcefully.
• Clean the EMMC pad after removing the EMMC.and also down grade the pad with flex paste and wick.

• That board should be kept a side.
• clean like this.
• There, as shown in the picture, if it sticks print one by one on the pad, you should wear an UV MASK.
• then apply uv light too.

• We have to remove the EMMC from the old board as we have it now.
• EMMC should be removed and cleaned. First we have to downgrade EMMC balls.
• Flex and PPD paste should be applied on top of EMMC.
• Clean with soldering iron.soldering iron temperature should be 250.Clean slowly.
• EMMC should be cleaned so that all the glue on top is gone.
• next Clean with a wick.

ɴᴏᴡ ᴡᴇ ʜᴀᴠᴇ ᴛᴏ ʀᴇʙᴀʟʟ ᴇᴍᴍᴄ :-

• First we have to take the EMMC stencil.
• The stencil should be fixed without moving the EMMC.
• then after applied ppd paste on stencil.
• Heat with quick 857 dw+ blower. Heat temperature should also be within 250.

• Heating should also be done from a corner to the EMMC.
• Reball like that, Add some liquid and carefully remove the stencil.
• All balls should be checked correctly.
• Rebellious EMMC should be cleaned with a toothbrush and liquid.

• Now we need to fix the EMMC to the board that came to Repair.
• EMMC should give correct direction to the board.
• add some flex paste and heat with blower.
• Check whether it is fixed correctly or not.
• After fixing the eMMC the board should be attached to the mobile.
• Now you have to check whether the mobile turns on or not.
• Mobile turned on successfully.

REALME 3 EMMC CHANGE.

అందరికీ నమస్కారం, 

ఈ రోజు మనం EMMC ని రియల్ మీ 3 లో ఎలా మార్చాలో నేర్చుకుందాం :-

ఇది రియల్‌మీ 3 మొబైల్. కస్టమర్ షాప్‌కి వచ్చి మొబైల్ డెడ్ అయిందని చెప్పాడు. టెక్నీషియన్ మొబైల్ తీసుకున్నాడు.  ఈ మొబైల్‌లోని సమస్యను పరిష్కరిస్తానని టెక్నీషియన్ కస్టమర్‌కు చెప్పాడు.

ఇప్పుడు టెక్నీషియన్ మొబైల్‌ని చెక్ చేస్తున్నాడు :-

• ముందు గా మనం ఫోన్ బ్యాక్ పానెల్ ని ఓపెన్ చేయాలి .
• DC POWER SUPPLY లో పవర్ బటన్ ప్రెస్ చేసి చెక్ చేస్తే రీడింగ్ 0.080 వచ్చి ఆగి పోతుంది .
• దీని అర్థం emmc డెడ్ అయ్యిందని అర్థం .
• తరవాత బోర్డు నుండి emmc తీసివేయాలి . ufi బాక్స్ లో అమర్చాలి .
• ufi బాక్స్ లో identify emmc ని ప్రెస్ చేస్తే emmc డెడ్ అయ్యిందని వచ్చింది .
• emmc dead అయ్యిందని వచ్చిన తరువాత emmc ని మార్చాలని technician నిర్ణయించుకున్నాడు.

ఇప్పుడు emmc ని ఎలా మార్చాలో చూద్దాం :-

• ఇప్పటికే మన దగ్గర మరో రియల్‌మీ డెడ్ 3 బోర్డ్ ఉంది, దాని నుండి EMMC ని తీసివేసి, రిపైర్ కి వచ్చిన బోర్డ్‌కి ఫిక్స్ చేద్దాం.
• మీకు అదే బోర్డు EMMC లేకపోతే, మీరు దుకాణానికి వెళ్లి దాన్ని పొందవచ్చు.
• ఇప్పుడు మనం రిపైర్ కోసం మన వద్దకు వచ్చిన రియల్‌మే 3 బోర్డు నుండి EMMC ని తీసివేయాలి.

• EMMC పైన ఫ్లెక్స్ పేస్ట్‌ను అప్లై చేసి, బ్లోవర్‌తో హీట్ చేయండి.
• బ్లోవర్ హీట్ టెంపరేచర్ 350 డిగ్రీ లు . మరియు గాలి 3 ఉండాలి .
• బ్లోవర్ తో నెమ్మదిగా తిప్పుతూ EMMC ని హీట్ చేయాలి . మరియు లిఫ్టింగ్ బ్లేడ్‌ను నెమ్మదిగా దూర్చి , EMMC ని నెమ్మదిగా లిఫ్ట్ చేయాలి .
• లిఫ్టింగ్ బ్లేడ్ కూడా నెమ్మదిగా దూర్చాలి , మరియు బలవంతంగా దూర్చకూడదు .
• EMMCని తీసివేసిన తర్వాత EMMC ప్యాడ్‌ను శుభ్రం చేయండి. అలాగే ఫ్లెక్స్ పేస్ట్ మరియు విక్‌తో ప్యాడ్‌ను డౌన్ గ్రేడ్ చేయండి.
• ఆ బోర్డును పక్క న ఉంచాలి.
• అక్కడ, చిత్రంలో చూపిన విధంగా, ప్యాడ్‌పై ఒక్కొక్కటిగా ప్రింట్ అంటుకుంటే, మీరు UV మాస్క్ వేయాలి .
• అప్పుడు uv light ని కూడా అప్లై చేయాలి .
• ఇలా శుభ్రం చేయండి.

• ప్రస్తుతం మన దగ్గర ఉన్న పాత బోర్డు నుంచి emmc ని తొలగించాలి.
• EMMC తొలగించి శుభ్రం చేయాలి. ముందుగా మనం EMMC balls ను డౌన్‌గ్రేడ్ చేయాలి.
• EMMC పైన flex మరియు PPD పేస్ట్ ను అప్లై చేయాలి.
• soldering iron తో శుభ్రం చేయండి.soldering iron టెంపరేచర్ 250 ఉండాలి. నెమ్మదిగా శుభ్రం చేయండి.
• పైన ఉన్న గ్లూ ని అంతా పోయేలా EMMC శుభ్రం చేయాలి.
• తదుపరి విక్ తో శుభ్రం చేయాలి .

ఇప్పుడు మనం EMMC ని రీబాల్ చేయాలి :-

• మొదట మనం EMMC స్టెన్సిల్ తీసుకోవాలి.
• EMMC కదలకుండా స్టెన్సిల్ స్థిరపరచబడాలి.
• తర్వాత స్టెన్సిల్‌పై పిపిడి పేస్ట్‌ని పూయాలి.
• quick 857 dw+ బ్లోవర్‌తో హీట్ చేయండి. హీట్ టెంపరేచర్ కూడా 250 లోపల ఉండాలి.
• ఒక మూల నుండి EMMC హీట్ చేయడం చేయాలి.
• ఆ విధంగా రీబాల్ చేయండి, కొంత liquid జోడించి, స్టెన్సిల్‌ను జాగ్రత్తగా తొలగించండి.
• అన్నీ balls కరెక్ట్ గా వచ్చాయా లేదా చూసుకోవాలి .
• reball చేసిన EMMC ని టూత్ బ్రష్ మరియు liquid తో శుభ్రం చేయాలి.

• ఇప్పుడు మనం రిపైర్ కు వచ్చిన బోర్డుకి EMMC ని సరిచేయాలి.
• EMMC బోర్డుకు సరైన డైరక్షన్ లో అమర్చాలి .
• కొంచెం ఫ్లెక్స్ పేస్ట్ వేసి బ్లోవర్‌తో హీట్ చేయండి.
• emmc ని సరిగ్గా ఫిక్స్ చేశామో లేదో చూసుకోవాలి .
• emmc ని ఫిక్స్ చేసిన తర్వాత మొబైల్‌కు బోర్డును జత చేయాలి.
• ఇప్పుడు మొబైల్ ఆన్ అవుతుందో లేదో చెక్ చేసుకోవాలి.
• మొబైల్ విజయవంతంగా ఆన్ చేయబడింది.
