HELLO EVERY ONE ,
This is poco x3 mobile. The customer brought this mobile to our shop. The technician asked the customer what is the problem.The customer told the technician that the back lighting is not coming on the mobile. The technician said he will check the mobile and repair it.
Now let us see problem in mobile :
- This mobile went to another technician in a dead condition. He showed that it was a cpu problem. cpu reballed but the problem was not solved.
- PM ic showed problem. Pmic also reballed and mobile turned on. But graphic comes but lighting doesn’t come. This is the problem.
- Mobile back panel should be open.
- Separate the mother board from the mobile.
- Generally this graphic and lighting section is based on 6 leg pin IC, 9 leg pin IC, 12 leg pin IC and PM660L, PM6150L, PM7150L, PM8150L IC.
- All these are also Independent of each other.
- This mobile has two main pm ic.
- One is the 7150 PM and the second is the 7150L Pmic’s.
- If there is no lighting problem or graphic problem then it will come in secondary pmic.
Now let's check this mobile :
- First we have to check with another combo.
- Then check the Gr value on the display connector.
- The value of 846 gr value falls on the anod line. Usually it should not come that much.
- The value should be between 350 and 450. High Gr has come. It should not come like that.
- So there is a problem in the anod line.
- 823 gr above the cathode 0 line, 821 gr above the cathode 1 line, 819 gr above the Cathode 2 line.
- All gr values are fine.
- Let’s check the Gr value on the CABC line as well.
- Gr value did not come on CABC line. It was missed. Gr value should definitely come on this line. OL will come.
- Once the lighting section is cleaned and looked carefully, the rectifier diod is burnt.
- Due to this short circuit, we get Gr value high and do not get Gr value on CABC line.
- If you check the rectifier diod, you get 0.875 gr in forward bias. If you check in reverse bias, you get 0.913 gr.The value should not be so high.
- What should be the actual value of gr which means that on one side OL should come. On the other side 0.100 and 0.250 gr value should come.
Now let's solve the problem :

- Now we need to replace the diod.
- Remove the rectifier diod from Poco X3 mobile.
- After removing, check the diod value from another board and if you think it is good then remove that diod and replace it in poco X3 mobile.
- If checked after replacing, no gr value was found on CABC line.
- Then if we heat the secondary pmic, let’s see if there is any gr value on anod and cabc line.
- If the secondary PM ic is heated and shaken, the Gr value is obtained on the anod line and CABC line.
- Let’s attach the board to the mobile and check if the problem is solved.
- While checking the mobile heats up. What is the reason for this, the boost coils should also be removed and replaced.
- Let’s remove the rectifier diod once, because this rectifier diod is connected to the vph line and lighting ic.
- If there is any problem in the vph line, there is a doubt.
- If checked, there is no problem in the vph line.
- If rosin smoke is added and the voltage is injected, the lighting is burned.

- If the lighting ic removed and replaced, the problem will be solved.
- Add flex paste and remove it. After removing, clean the pad.
- After removing the lighting ic , the ic reballed must be replaced.
- We removed the IC from another board and replaced it in the Poco x3 board.
- In this mobile we solved 3 problems which are 1. Rectifier diode 2. Boost coil 3. Lighting IC (7150L) all these problems are caused by short circuit.
- Add rosin again and check whether it heats up by injecting voltage.
- After checking the mobile is not getting hot.
- Check if the mobile turns on or not.
- The lighting was successful in this mobile .
- Mobile turned on successfully.
- customer is happy.

ఇది poco x3 మొబైల్. కస్టమర్ ఈ మొబైల్‌ను మా షాప్ కి తీసుకువచ్చాడు. టెక్నీషియన్ కస్టమర్‌ని సమస్య ఏమిటని అడిగాడు.మొబైల్‌లో బ్యాక్ లైటింగ్ రావడం లేదని కస్టమర్ టెక్నీషియన్‌కి చెప్పాడు. టెక్నీషియన్ మొబైల్ చెక్ చేసి రిపేర్ చేస్తానని చెప్పారు.
ఇప్పుడు మొబైల్‌లో సమస్య చూద్దాము రండి :
- ఈ మొబైల్ డెడ్ అయిన స్థితిలో మరో టెక్నీషియన్ వద్దకు వెళ్లింది. సీపీయూ ప్రాబ్లమ్ అని చూపించింది . cpu reball చేసారు కానీ సమస్య పరిష్కారం కాలేదు.
- PM ic లో సమస్యను చూపించింది. Pmic కూడా రీబాల్ చేయబడింది మరియు మొబైల్ ఆన్ చేయబడింది. కానీ గ్రాఫిక్ వస్తుంది కానీ లైటింగ్ రావట్లేదు. ఇదీ సమస్య.
- మొబైల్ బ్యాక్ ప్యానెల్ తెరిచి ఉండాలి.
- మొబైల్ నుండి మదర్ బోర్డ్‌ను వేరు చేయండి.

- రిప్లేస్ చేసిన తర్వాత తనిఖీ చేస్తే, CABC లైన్‌లో gr విలువ కనుగొనబడలేదు.

- లైటింగ్ ఐసిని తీసివేసిన తర్వాత, రీబాల్ చేసిన ఐసిని తప్పనిసరిగా రిప్లేస్ చేయాలి.
- మేము మరొక బోర్డు నుండి ICని తీసివేసి, దానిని Poco x3 బోర్డ్‌లో భర్తీ చేసాము.
- ఈ మొబైల్‌లో మేము 3 సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించాము, అవి 1. రెక్టిఫైయర్ డయోడ్ 2. బూస్ట్ కాయిల్ 3. లైటింగ్ IC (7150L) ఈ సమస్యలన్నీ షార్ట్ సర్క్యూట్ వల్ల ఏర్పడ్డాయి .
- మళ్లీ రోసిన్‌ని అప్లై చేసి , వోల్టేజ్‌ని ఇంజెక్ట్ చేయడం ద్వారా అది వేడెక్కుతుందో లేదో తనిఖీ చేయండి.
- తనిఖీ చేసిన తర్వాత మొబైల్ వేడిగా లేదు.
- మొబైల్ ఆన్ చేయబడిందో లేదో తనిఖీ చేయండి.
- ఈ మొబైల్‌లో లైటింగ్ విజయవంతమైంది.
- మొబైల్ విజయవంతంగా ఆన్ చేయబడింది.
- కస్టమర్ సంతోషంగా ఉన్నాడు.
