This mobile is Poco X2 mobile. The customer brought this mobile to our shop. The technician received the mobile. The technician asked the customer what was the problem.He said that the touch is not working. The customer already gave this mobile in another shop. They did a hard reset they thinking it was a software problem.Problem not solved. Later the mobile was brought to our shop.Let us solve this mobile problem now.

• The solution to this problem is to make cpu reball.
• First we need to open the mobile back panel.
• Remove the mother board from the mobile.
• We have to go to cpu.
• Now let us try to remove the cpu.
• Cut the glue around the CPU carefully.with 007 blade.
• The adjacent components should be covered with a silver cover so as not to be damaged.

• Flex paste should be applied around the cpu before lifting the cpu.
• Then heat with a quick 857 dw+.
• Heat temperature is 350 degrees and air is 3 .
• Heat slowly on top of the cpu.The lifting blade should be taken after slow heating.
• The lifting blade should be pushed slowly under the Cpu.
• Slowly insert the lifting blade and lift the Cpu.

• After lifting the cpu, the cpu ground on the board should be down graded with shouldering iron.
• And clean with Wick and flex paste.
• The cpu should be cleaned without having anything on the cpu ground.

𝙻𝚎𝚝'𝚜 𝙺𝚗𝚘𝚠 𝙷𝚘𝚠 𝚃𝚘 𝙼𝚊𝚔𝚎 𝙲𝚙𝚞 𝚁𝚎𝚋𝚊𝚕𝚕 :

• Now let’s do if we are cpu Reball.
• First let’s take the cpu stencil.Take the stencil and put it on the cpu.
• The stencil should be placed on the cpu and kept still.
• After keeping it like that, apply a little ppd paste.
• Heat with a quick 857 dw+ blower after applying the ppd paste.
• The balls inside are ready.If the balls do not come out properly then again apply ppd paste on the stencil and heat it with blower.
• A few balls will fall on top of the stencil. They should be cut with a surgical blade.
• Then heat again with.After confirming that all the balls have arrived correctly, remove the stencil slowly.
• cpu reball is over.

• Then the reballed cpu should be fixed to the board.
• Flex paste should be applied on the board ground.
• The cpu should be placed on the ground facing the direction.
• Then put thereballed cpu on the ground and heat it with a blower.
• While heating, the cpu should be set to the same.
• Heat slowly till the cpu is fixed.
• After Fixing the cpu, the board should be attached to the mobile.
• Let’s connect the charging cable and see if the mobile turns on or not.
• Mobile turned on successfully.
• customer is happy.
