this is Poco M3 mobile. Customer brought mobile to our shop. Technician asked customer what is the problem.The customer said that when the mobile power is turned on, the 2nd logo comes and stops.The technician said that he will check the mobile and repair it.

Now let's check this mobile :

• If the mobile is connected to the dc power supply it will draw up to 1 ampere.
• 2nd logo will come and stop. Again the amp will decrease to 0.

• First we need to open the mobile back panel.
• The mother board should be separated from the mobile.
• First check whether V-bus voltage is coming.
• near the ovp ic, we should check whether the V-bus voltage is coming.
• Let’s check if the vph Voltage is coming.

• Let’s check if V-Bat voltage is coming.
• If the voltage is the same in the V-bat line, it does not come.
• Check whether there is charging in the battery.
• Check whether the battery id the same and the voltage is coming above the battery thermal.
• Check whether the voltage is coming on the USB DPDM line.

• Open Borneo and open the schematic.
• Check whether 8v appears on boot cap or not.Boot cap is also ok.
• Now we have to check the v-bat sense lines.

Now let's solve this probleM :

• These v-bat sense lines go from the charging connector to the charging ic.
• There are two lines V-Bat Sense Plus and V-Bat Sense Minus.
• To check these two lines , remove the charging ic and check.
• Now we have removed the charging ic. Remove and clean the IC pad.
• Now check the v-bat sense plus and v-bat sense minus lines.
• If check jumper from v-bat line then v-bat sense plus line is fine.v-bat sense minus line is missing.

• Put a micro jumper from V-ball sense minus line ball to capacitor.
• After putting on the micro jumper, the charging ic should be reballed and refixed.
• Mother board should be attached to your mobile.
• Check whether the mobile turns on or not.
• Mobile turned on successfully.
• If the charger is connect and the charging is done, the charging will be done.
• problem is solved.
• customer is happy .

ఇది Poco M3 మొబైల్. కస్టమర్ మా షాప్‌కి మొబైల్ తెచ్చాడు. సమస్య ఏమిటని టెక్నీషియన్ కస్టమర్‌ని అడిగాడు. మొబైల్ పవర్ ఆన్ చేయగానే 2వ లోగో వచ్చి ఆగిపోతుందని కస్టమర్ చెప్పాడు. మొబైల్ చెక్ చేసి రిపేర్ చేస్తానని టెక్నీషియన్ చెప్పాడు.

ఇప్పుడు ఈ మొబైల్‌ ని చెక్ చేద్దాము :

• మొబైల్ డిసి పవర్ సప్లైకి కనెక్ట్ చేయబడితే అది 1 ఆంపియర్ వరకు డ్రా అవుతుంది.
• 2వ లోగో వచ్చి ఆగిపోతుంది. మళ్లీ amp 0 కి తగ్గుతుంది.

• ముందుగా మనం మొబైల్ బ్యాక్ ప్యానెల్ ఓపెన్ చేయాలి.
• మొబైల్ నుండి మదర్ బోర్డ్ వేరు చేయాలి.
• ముందుగా V-బస్ వోల్టేజ్ వస్తుందో లేదో చెక్ చేయండి.
• ovp ic దగ్గర, V-బస్ వోల్టేజ్ వస్తుందో లేదో తనిఖీ చేయాలి.
• vph వోల్టేజ్ వస్తుందో లేదో చెక్ చేద్దాం.
• V-Bat వోల్టేజ్ వస్తుందో లేదో చెక్ చేద్దాం.
• V-bat లైన్‌లో వోల్టేజ్ రావట్లేదు .
• బ్యాటరీలో ఛార్జింగ్ ఉందో లేదో తనిఖీ చేయండి.
• బ్యాటరీ ఐడి మరియు బ్యాటరీ థర్మల్ పైన వోల్టేజ్ వస్తుందో లేదో తనిఖీ చేయండి.
• USB DPDM లైన్‌లో వోల్టేజ్ వస్తుందో లేదో తనిఖీ చేయండి.

• బోర్నియోని తెరిచి, స్కీమాటిక్‌ని తెరవండి.
• బూట్ క్యాప్‌పై 8v కనిపిస్తుందో లేదో తనిఖీ చేయండి.బూట్ క్యాప్ కూడా బాగానే ఉంది .
• ఇప్పుడు మనం v-bat సెన్స్ లైన్‌లను తనిఖీ చేయాలి.

ఇప్పుడు ఈ సమస్యను పరిష్కరిద్దాము  :

• ఈ v-bat సెన్స్ లైన్‌లు ఛార్జింగ్ కనెక్టర్ నుండి ఛార్జింగ్ ఐసికి వెళ్తాయి.
• V-Bat Sense Plus మరియు V-Bat Sense మైనస్ అనే రెండు లైన్లు ఉన్నాయి.
• ఈ రెండు లైన్‌లను తనిఖీ చేయడానికి, ఛార్జింగ్ ఐసిని తీసివేసి, తనిఖీ చేయండి.
• ఇప్పుడు మేము ఛార్జింగ్ ఐసిని తీసివేసాము. IC ప్యాడ్‌ని శుభ్రం చేయండి.
• ఇప్పుడు v-bat సెన్స్ ప్లస్ మరియు v-bat సెన్స్ మైనస్ లైన్‌లను తనిఖీ చేయండి.
• v-bat లైన్ నుండి జంపర్‌ని చెక్ చేస్తే, v-bat సెన్స్ ప్లస్ లైన్ బాగానే ఉంటుంది.v-bat సెన్స్ మైనస్ లైన్ మిస్ అయ్యింది .

• V-bat సెన్స్ మైనస్ లైన్ బాల్ నుండి కెపాసిటర్‌కి మైక్రో జంపర్‌ని ఉంచండి.
• మైక్రో జంపర్‌ని వేసుకున్న తర్వాత, ఛార్జింగ్ ఐసీని రీబాల్ చేసి రీఫిక్స్ చేయాలి.
• మీ మొబైల్‌కి మదర్ బోర్డ్‌ను జత చేయాలి.
• మొబైల్ ఆన్ చేయబడిందో లేదో తనిఖీ చేయండి.
• మొబైల్ విజయవంతంగా ఆన్ చేయబడింది.
• ఛార్జర్ కనెక్ట్ చేసి, ఛార్జింగ్ ఎక్కుతుందో లేదో చెక్ చేయాలి. ఛార్జింగ్ ఎక్కుతుంది .
• సమస్య పరిష్కరించబడింది.
• కస్టమర్ సంతోషంగా ఉన్నాడు.
