Hello Every One ,

this is oppo a74 mobile. The customer brought the mobile to our shop. The technician asked the customer what was the problem. She said that the light and graphic is not coming on the mobile.The technician received the mobile and said that he will repair the mobile.

𝙽𝚘𝚠 𝙻𝚎𝚝 𝚄𝚜 𝚂𝚘𝚕𝚟𝚎 𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝙿𝚛𝚘𝚋𝚕𝚎𝚖 𝙸𝚗 𝚃𝚑𝚒𝚜 𝙼𝚘𝚋𝚒𝚕𝚎 :

• First open the mobile back panel.
• If you connect the 6 in 1 charger to the mobile, it takes 0.7 milli ampere.
• There is no charging in this mobile. After connecting the charger, the mobile vibrated. But the mobile does not turn on due to lack of charging.
• After charging the mobile, it turns on but the light and graphic does not come on mobile .
• this is OLED SECTION.
• Open Pragmafix in system and go to oppo a74 in oled section we have to go to apta ic.
• All the lines related to lighting and graphic section are in apta ic.
• There in the pragmafix he told that he had checked the voltages in the fluke multimeter.
• Elon 1, Elon 2, Elvdd, Elvss, Avdd and vph Power these 6 lines we have to check.

• First we need to check the vph power. This vph power charging will go to 2 coils near the opte ic from now on.
• Then +6 v comes on the elvdd line. On elvss line – 4.6 v comes. Are these two coming or need to be checked. These go from the apta ic to the display connecter.
• Next is the avdd line which is the main line. 7 v to 8 v should come on this.
• Then el on 1 and el on 2 these two lines also go clearly from the apta IC to the display connecter.
• This checking process is done with connecting the battery to the board and without power on the mobile.

Now let's check in the board :

• Now we have to check gr value in board.
• On the board we have to check gr value on elon 1, elon 2, elvdd, elvss, avdd, vph power lines.
• Now we can power on mobiles and connect battery and only then check avdd, elvdd, elvss lines.
• After turning on the mobile, if you check on the avdd line, you get 7 v to 8 v.
• + 6 v and – 4.6 v should not come on the elvss and elvdd lines after power on the mobile.

• gr value is there but voltages are not coming on elvdd and elvdd lines .
• These voltages are coming from the apta IC so there is a need to replace the apta IC.
• Already we have another Samsung scrap board. Removed the apta IC from it.
• Check the dot above the apta IC before removing it. Even while looking and refixing that dot should be looked after.
• We have removed the IC from the Samsung board and now we have to refix it in the oppo a 74 board by looking at the direction.

• Let’s attach the board to the mobiles and check whether the lighting and graphics are coming in the mobile.
• Also mobile have display problem so we took another display and checked.
• Mobile turned on successfully and lighting and graphic problem also solved.
• The customer is also satisfied that the problem is solved after the mobiles are switched on.
• The problem is Solved.

OPPO A74 NO LIGHT/ NO GRAPHIC AMOLED SECTION REPAIR BY TEAM K.M.T.

ఇది oppo a74 మొబైల్. కస్టమర్ మొబైల్ మా షాపుకి తీసుకొచ్చాడు. టెక్నీషియన్ సమస్య ఏమిటని కస్టమర్‌ని అడిగాడు. మొబైల్‌లో లైట్, గ్రాఫిక్ రావడం లేదని చెప్పాడు . టెక్నీషియన్ మొబైల్ అందుకుని మొబైల్ రిపేర్ చేస్తానని చెప్పాడు.

ఇప్పుడు మనం ఈ మొబైల్‌లోని సమస్యను పరిష్కరిద్దాము :

• ముందుగా మొబైల్ బ్యాక్ ప్యానెల్ ఓపెన్ చేయండి.
• మీరు 6 ఇన్ 1 ఛార్జర్‌ని మొబైల్‌కి కనెక్ట్ చేస్తే, దానికి 0.7 మిల్లీ ఆంపియర్ పడుతుంది.
• ఈ మొబైల్‌లో ఛార్జింగ్ లేదు. ఛార్జర్‌ని కనెక్ట్ చేసిన తర్వాత, మొబైల్ వైబ్రేట్ అయింది. కానీ ఛార్జింగ్ లేకపోవడంతో మొబైల్ ఆన్ కావడం లేదు.

• బోర్డులో మనం elon 1, elon 2, elvdd, elvss, avdd, vph పవర్ లైన్‌లపై grవాల్యూ ను చెక్ చేయాలి.
• ఇప్పుడు మనం మొబైల్‌ను ఆన్ చేసి మరియు బ్యాటరీని కనెక్ట్ చేసిన తర్వాత మాత్రమే avdd, elvdd, elvss లైన్‌లను చెక్ చేయగలము .
• మొబైల్ ఆన్ చేసిన తర్వాత, మీరు avdd లైన్‌లో చెక్ చేసిన తరువాత , మీకు 7 v నుండి 8 v వరకు వస్తుంది.
• మొబైల్‌లో పవర్ ఆన్ చేసిన తర్వాత elvss మరియు elvdd లైన్‌లపై + 6 v మరియు – 4.6 v రాలేదు.

• gr వాల్యూ వస్తుంది కానీ elvdd మరియు elvdd లైన్లలో వోల్టేజీలు రావడం లేదు.

• ఇప్పటికే మేము మరొక Samsung స్క్రాప్ బోర్డుని కలిగి ఉన్నాము. అందులో నుంచి ఆప్టా ఐసీని తొలగించాలి .
• ఆప్టా ICని తీసివేయడానికి ముందు దాని పైన ఉన్న డాట్ ను ఎటు వైపు ఉందో చూడాలి . మరియు రీఫిక్స్ చేసేటప్పుడు కూడా ఆ డాట్ చూసుకోని refix చేయాలి .
• మేము Samsung బోర్డ్ నుండి ICని తీసివేసాము మరియు ఇప్పుడు మేము డైరక్షన్ ను చూసుకొని దానిని oppo a 74 బోర్డ్‌లో రీఫిక్స్ చేయాలి.
• మొబైల్‌కి బోర్డ్‌ని అటాచ్ చేసి, మొబైల్‌లో లైటింగ్ మరియు గ్రాఫిక్స్ వస్తున్నాయో లేదో చూద్దాం.
• అలాగే మొబైల్‌కి డిస్‌ప్లే సమస్య ఉండడంతో మరో డిస్‌ప్లే తీసుకుని చెక్ చేశాం.
• మొబైల్ విజయవంతంగా ఆన్ చేయబడింది మరియు లైటింగ్ మరియు గ్రాఫిక్ సమస్య కూడా పరిష్కరించబడింది.
• మొబైల్ స్విచ్ ఆన్ చేసిన తర్వాత సమస్య పరిష్కారమైందని కస్టమర్ కూడా సంతృప్తి చెందాడు.
