This is Oppo A16 mobile. The customer brought this mobile to our shop. The technician asked the customer what is the problem with the mobile.The customer said that the lighting is not coming on the mobile. The technician said that he will check and repair it.

Now let's check this mobile :

• This mobile has already gone to another technician.
• The work in the lighting section has been done.
• First open the mobile back panel.
• Connect the charger to this mobile and turn it on. Check the graphic on the display.
• It should come to confirmation whether it is lighting problem or graphic problem.
• If there is a lighting problem, go to the lighting section, if there is a graphic problem, you have to go to the graphic section and work.
• Turn on the power and put the mobile under the light and it will turn on, oppo appere on mobile which means that the back light does not come on in the mobile.

• The mother board should be separated from the mobile.
• The Borneo schematic should open.
• 6 leg pin gives light kick. Beside boost coil, next to diod it all these 3 are lighting section.
• From this vph power from bqic to the light goes to pin number 6 through the boost coil.
• cabc line is connected from pin number 5.
• Switching from pin number 4 through the boost coil to the anod line.
• Cathode line is on pin number 1.
• All of these also go onto the display connector.

Now let's solve this problem :

• Check the Gr value on the display connector.
• Set the multimeter in diod mode and place the black prop place in ground red prop wherever we are checking.
• Here another technician made a mistake.
• The print has come off near the diod.
• He also removed diod.

• OL got in the anod line. So our problem is in the anod line.
• The print is lifted at the starting point of the anod line. A UV mask is also applied where the print is lifted.
• The diod should be replaced and checked. While replacing the divd, the direction one should be looked at and replaced.
• After replacing the diod, the gr value came in the anod line.
• Then let’s check if the problem is solved in mobile.
• The problem is solved.
• customer is happy.
