to day our topic is how to chech MTK 6357 CRV Boot sequence.
Now a days mobile has become a part of our life.The time you get a mobile, you will know what is happening in a second all over the world.So if there is any problem with such a mobile we take it to the technician without a second thought.Every once in a while the mobile slips and falls. When it falls, the mobile breaks but otherwise something inside gets damaged and it becomes dead.dead means any movements on screen .
- Mobile came in dead condition.
- Auto Ampire did not take anything when dc supply was checked when it came in such a dead condition.
- When the power button is pressed, the Some reading comes back to “0”.
- In this condition the power boot sequence should be checked.
- First we have to connect the charger and see if the V-bus voltage is coming or not.
- Next VPH , V-BAT voltage comes or not should be checked.
- 8v will appear on boot cap or should be checked.
- So now it means charging ic is fine.

- Check whether the power ic Input is coming or not.
- Check whether the voltage is getting across the buck coils or not.
- check the voltage 0.8 V on 4 buck coils . ( hIGHER LDO) 2 V on 1 buck coil around PM IC.
- Check if lOWER LDO 1.4v is coming or not.
- Check whether the power good point will coming or not.
- Check whether the power good point is coming from charging ic to eight leg pin ic or not.
- Here the 1.4V given on the LOWER LDO goes back to the VA12 PMU IC.
- This VA12 PMU IC Beside to CPU,
- The output of this VA12 PMU IC 1.2V while the input is 1.4V.
- If this voltage goes to the CPU, the CPU will turn on.
- This voltage must and should go.
- 1.8V should come up next to Power IC which is ON BY DEFAULT .Have to check.

ఇప్పుడు మొబైల్ మన జీవితంలో భాగమైపోయింది.మొబైల్ కొన్నా తదుపరి ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా ఏం జరుగుతుందో మీకే తెలిసిపోతుంది.కాబట్టి అలాంటి మొబైల్ కి ఏదైనా సమస్య వస్తే రెండో ఆలోచన లేకుండా టెక్నీషియన్‌ దగ్గరికి కి తీసుకెళ్తాము.ఒక్కసారి మొబైల్ జారి పడిపోతుంది. అది పడిపోయినప్పుడు, మొబైల్ విరిగిపోతుంది, లేకుంటే లోపల ఏదో పాడైపోయి అది డెడ్అయిపోతుంది. డెడ్ అంటే స్క్రీన్‌పై ఏదైనా కదలికలు లేకుండా పోతుండి.

- మొబైల్ DEAD CONDITION లో వచ్చింది.
- డెడ్ కండిషన్‌లో వచ్చినప్పుడు డిసి సప్లై చెక్ చేసినప్పుడు ఆటో యాంపైర్ ఏమీ తీసుకోలేదు.\
- పవర్ బటన్ నొక్కినప్పుడు, కొంత రీడింగ్ తీసుకొని “0”కి తిరిగి వస్తుంది.
- ఈ Condition లో పవర్ బూట్ సీక్వెన్స్ తనిఖీ చేయాలి.
- ముందుగా ఛార్జర్‌ని కనెక్ట్ చేసి V-బస్ వోల్టేజ్ వస్తుందో లేదో చూడాలి.
- తదుపరి VPH , V-BAT వోల్టేజ్ వస్తుందో లేదో తనిఖీ చేయాలి.
- 8v బూట్ క్యాప్‌పై కనిపిస్తుంది లేదా తనిఖీ చేయాలి.
- కాబట్టి ఇప్పుడు Charging ic మంచి గా ఉంది అని అర్థం.
ఇప్పుడు మనం POWER IC కి వెళ్తున్నాము :-
- పవర్ ఐసి ఇన్‌పుట్ వస్తుందో లేదో తనిఖీ చేయండి.
- BUCK COILS లో వోల్టేజ్ వస్తుందో లేదో తనిఖీ చేయండి.
- 4 బక్ కాయిల్స్‌పై వోల్టేజ్ 0.8 V తనిఖీ చేయండి. (అధిక LDO) PM IC చుట్టూ 1 బక్ కాయిల్‌పై 2 V.
- LOWER LDO 1.4v వస్తుందో లేదో తనిఖీ చేయండి.
- పవర్ గుడ్ పాయింట్ వస్తుందో లేదో చెక్ చేసుకోండి.
- From Charging Ic To Eight Leg Pin Ic కి పవర్ గుడ్ పాయింట్ వస్తుందో లేదో తనిఖీ చేయండి.
- ఇక్కడ LOWER LDOలో ఇవ్వబడిన 1.4V తిరిగి VA12 PMU ICకి వెళుతుంది.
- ఈ VA12 PMU IC CPU పక్కన ఉంటుంది.
- ఈ VA12 PMU IC అవుట్‌పుట్ 1.2V ఉండాలి. ఇన్‌పుట్ 1.4V. ఉండాలి.
- ఈ వోల్టేజ్ CPUకి వెళితే, CPU ఆన్ అవుతుంది.
- ఈ వోల్టేజ్ తప్పక వెళ్లాలి.
- డిఫాల్ట్‌గా ఆన్‌లో ఉన్న పవర్ IC పక్కన 1.8V రావాలి. తనిఖీ చేయాలి.
