1. Switch Off the Mobile (Using Lock Button).
2. Power on the Mobile (Using Volume Up & Lock Button).
3. Swipe Up.
4. Draw Pattern.
5. Vivo All Mobiles.

Step 1:-

1. Switch of the Mobile _ Click on Power Off.
2. Vivo Logo is Displayed.
3. Vivo FastBoot _ Click on Recovery Mode (Using Volume Down (-) Button).
4. Vivo Logo is Displayed.
5. Vivo Recovery _ Click on Check System _ Click on Ok – Wait a Few Minutes
6. Click on Clear Data _ Click on Clear Cache _ Click on Ok _ Vivo (Clearing Data).
7. Click on Return _ Click on < _ Click on Ok _ Vivo (Clearing Data.Do Not Operate the Device).
8. Click on < _ Click on Clear Data _ Click on Ok _ Draw UnLock Pattern _ Click on Cancel _ Click on <.
9. Vivo Recovery _ Click on Shut Down _ Click on Ok _ Click on Restart.
10. Vivo Logo is Displayed _ Draw Pattern _ The Phone has Been Locked (Please Try again up to 20 sec).

Step 2:-

1. Click on Cancel _ Click on < _ Click on Emergency _ *#030989*1020237# _ Click on Ok.
2. Click on Emergency _ Click on Ok _ Use FRP Code *#812# _ Click on Emergency _ Click on Ok.
3. Again Type *#129*010# _ Click on Emergency _ Click on Ok _ Use FRP Code*#812#.
4. Click on Emergency _ Click on Ok _ Again Type *#129*010# _ Click on Emergency _ Click on Ok.
5. Click on Power Off _ Vivo Logo is Displayed _ Vivo FastBoot _ Click on Recovery Mode.
6. Vivo Logo is Displayed _ (Using Lock Button) _ Vivo Logo is Displayed _ Vivo Recovery.

• Click on Clear Data _ Click on Clear Cashe _ Click on Ok _ Click on Return _ Click on Clear Cache.
• Click on Ok _ Vivo (Clearing Data.Do Not Operate the Device) _ Click on Return _ Click on <.
• Click on Restart _ Click on Ok _ Vivo Logo is Displayed _ Funtouch OS _ Setup Your Device _ Click on Next _ Click on Next _ Click on Agree _ Click on Skip _ Click on More _ Click on Accept (3 times).
• Click on Next _ Click on Skip _ Click on Next _ Click on Skip _ Again Click on Skip _ Click on Use Now.
