This is Infinix Hot 8 mobile. The customer brought this mobile to our shop.The technician asked the customer what is your problem. He said that there is a fake charging problem in this mobile.The technician said he will check and solve the problem.

Now let's check the infinix hot 8 mobile :
- If the mobile is connected to the 6 in 1 charger, it takes 0.6 milliampere.
- Normally mobile charging takes more than 1 amp.
- first we need to remove mobile back panel .
- separate mother board from mobile .
- First let’s check the voltages in the charging section.
- The V-bus voltage is 5.2V.
- Check if vph voltage comes with 3.7V to 4.2V.
- Check if the V-Bat voltage is 4.2 V or not.
- Check whether thermal 1.8V is coming on the battery connector or not.
- Whether 1.8 V comes on Thermal iD or not should be checked.
- Check if 3.7 V to 4.2 V is coming on boost coil or not.
- Check the Gr value on USB DPDM line.
- If you check the gr value, different values will come.But same values should come.
- Check the value of the components near the MOSFET.If you check, you will get the same value.
- That line goes to cpu.
- Borneo is opened and the connector values are there. We need to see if any different values are given on the connector values or the same values are given.
- A value of 0.518 g should come on DPDM line.
- But here Different values have come.

- There is no problem in the components.
- If you take out the mosfet on the main board and check, the values are correct.
- If the voltage does not come.

- If you take the strip of the main board and the sub board and check, the values are the same.
- If you check without removing the strip, you get different gr values.
Now let's check in the Sub board :
- If you check the Sub board, a hole has been in the diod.
- Check the Gr values in V-Bus line and V-BAT line near inserting the charging pin in the Sub board.
- The same value was not received.
- Gr value should be checked near the diod.
- The same gr values were not obtained.
- If you remove a mosfet near the diod in the sub board, the gr values do not come near the charging pin is inserted.
- Check the values in the schematic.
- If you remove that mosfet and connect the sub board to the main board, you get the same gr value.
- Once the voltages in that DPDM line should be checked.
- The voltage is also 2.6 V on both sides.Earlier 0v came.
- The voltage is not coming to the main board due to the mosfet shot that we removed.
- Attach the board to the mobile.Check if the mobile turns on.
- connect the charger and turn on mobile.
- Mobile turned on successfully.The 6 in 1 charger draws 1.6 W amp.
- problem is solved .
- customer is happy .

ఇది Infinix Hot 8 మొబైల్. కస్టమర్ ఈ మొబైల్‌ని మా షాప్‌కి తీసుకొచ్చాడు. టెక్నీషియన్ కస్టమర్‌ని మీ సమస్య ఏమిటి అని అడిగాడు. ఈ మొబైల్‌లో ఫేక్ ఛార్జింగ్ సమస్య ఉందని చెప్పారు . టెక్నీషియన్ చెక్ చేసి సమస్యను పరిష్కరిస్తానని చెప్పారు.
ఇప్పుడు ఇన్ఫినిక్స్ హాట్ 8 మొబైల్‌ని చెక్ చేద్దాము :
- మొబైల్ 6 ఇన్ 1 ఛార్జర్‌కి కనెక్ట్ చేయబడితే, దానికి 0.6 మిల్లియంపియర్ పడుతుంది.
- సాధారణంగా మొబైల్ ఛార్జింగ్ ఎక్కాలంటే 1 amp కంటే ఎక్కువ తీసుకుంటుంది .

- సబ్ బోర్డ్‌లో ఛార్జింగ్ పిన్‌ను చొప్పించే దగ్గర V-బస్ లైన్ మరియు V-BAT లైన్‌లో Gr విలువలను తనిఖీ చేయండి.

- డయోడ్ దగ్గర Gr విలువను తనిఖీ చేయాలి.

- స్కీమాటిక్‌లోని విలువలను తనిఖీ చేయండి.
- మీరు ఆ మోస్ఫెట్‌ని తీసివేసి, సబ్ బోర్డ్‌ను మెయిన్ బోర్డ్‌కి కనెక్ట్ చేస్తే, మీరు అదే gr విలువను పొందుతారు.
- ఒకసారి ఆ DPDM లైన్‌లోని వోల్టేజీలను తనిఖీ చేయాలి.
- వోల్టేజ్ కూడా రెండు వైపులా 2.6 V ఉంది. ఇంతకు ముందు 0v వచ్చింది.
- మేము తీసివేసిన మోస్ఫెట్ షాట్ కారణంగా మెయిన్ బోర్డ్‌కి వోల్టేజ్ రావడం లేదు.
- మొబైల్‌కి బోర్డుని అటాచ్ చేయండి.మొబైల్ ఆన్ చేయబడిందో లేదో తనిఖీ చేయండి.
- ఛార్జర్‌ని కనెక్ట్ చేసి, మొబైల్‌ని ఆన్ చేయండి.
- మొబైల్ విజయవంతంగా ఆన్ చేయబడింది. 6 ఇన్ 1 ఛార్జర్ 1.6 ampere ని తీసుకుంటుంది.
- సమస్య పరిష్కరించబడింది.
- కస్టమర్ సంతోషంగా ఉన్నాడు.
