This Redmi Note 8 Pro Mobile.The Customer Brings This Mobile To Our Shop.The Technician Asked The Customer What The Problem.The Customer Said That When The Mobile Is Powered On, The Mobile Goes Into Auto Recovery Mode Before It Is Fully Powered On.The Technician Took The Mobile. He Told The Technician That He Will Check And Repair It.

𝙉𝙤𝙬 𝙇𝙚𝙩 𝙐𝙨 𝙎𝙤𝙡𝙫𝙚 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙢 𝙊𝙛 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙈𝙤𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙚 :

Step 1:

• First, We Flashed In The Unlock Tool, Which Was Not Thought To Be A Software Problem.
• After Thinking That It Is Not A Software Problem, We Also Checked The Volume Keys To See If There Is Any Problem With The Volume Keys, There Is A Possibility Of Going To The Auto Recovery Mode.
• So We Need To Reball Cpu On This Issue.
• First We Need To Open The Mobile Back Panel.

Step 2:

• The Mother Board Should Be Separated From The Mobile.
• Next We Have To Go To Cpu.After Going Near The Cpu, The Components Around The Cpu Should Be Covered With A Silver Cover So That They Don’t Get Damaged.
• Carefully Cut The Glue Around The Cpu.It Is A Hard Black Paste Cpu.
• Put Flex Paste On Cpu And Heat It With Blower Quick 857dw+ Slowly.
• Blower Heat Temperature Should Be 350 Degrees And Air Should Be 3.

Step 3:

• In This Way The Lifting Blade Should Be Inserted Slowly Under The Cpu While Showing Heat On Top Of The Cpu.
• The Lifting Blade Should Not Be Inserted Forcefully But Should Be Inserted Slowly.
• If Inserted Forcefully, The Pads Under The Cpu Are Likely To Rise.
• So Remove The Cpu Slowly With The Lifting Blade.
• After The Cpu Lift, The Cpu Pad Should Be Downgraded By Applying Flex Paste And Ppd Paste.

Step 4:

• After Being Down Graded It Is A Hard Black Paste Cpu So The Glue On Top Of The Cpu Pad Does Not Go Away So Quickly.
• The Remaining Glue Should Be Removed By Taking The Quinli 007 Blade And Slowly Heating It With A Blower Quick 857 Dw+ To Remove All The Hard Black Paste.
• Then Clean It With A Wick.
• If This Is Done, The Cpu Pad Should Be Clean And Neat.

𝙲𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙻𝚎𝚝 𝚄𝚜 𝙺𝚗𝚘𝚠 𝙷𝚘𝚠 𝚃𝚘 𝙼𝚊𝚔𝚎 𝙲𝚙𝚞 𝚁𝚎𝚋𝚊𝚕𝚕 :-

• Now Let’s Do If We Are Cpu Reball.
• First Let’s Take The Cpu Stencil.Take The Stencil And Put It On The Cpu.
• The Stencil Should Be Placed On The Cpu And Kept Still.
• After Keeping It Like That, Apply A Little Ppd Paste.
• Heat With A Quick 857 Dw+ Blower After Applying The Ppd Paste.

Step 5:

• The Balls Inside Are Ready.If The Balls Do Not Come Out Properly Then Again Apply Ppd Paste On The Stencil And Heat It With Blower.
• A Few Balls Will Fall On Top Of The Stencil. They Should Be Cut With A Surgical Blade.
• Then Heat Again With Blower.After Confirming That All The Balls Have Arrived Correctly, Remove The Stencil Slowly.
• Cpu Reball Is Over.

Step 6:

• Now let’s fix the cpu to the board.
• Add flex paste on top of cpu pad and heat it with blower.
• The cpu should be placed on the cpu pad facing the direction one.
• Add some flex paste on top of the cpu and heat it with a blower quick 857 dw+ .
• cpu should move and set the same.

Step 7:

• If it is set like that, it means that the cpu is sitting.
• cpu Refix is over.
• Now let’s connect the board to the mobile and connect the USB cable and see if the mobile turns on or not .
• Mobile turned on successfully.
• customer is happy.

• ఇది సాఫ్ట్‌వేర్ సమస్య కాదని భావించిన తర్వాత, వాల్యూమ్ కీలతో ఏదైనా సమస్య ఉంటే, ఆటో రికవరీ మోడ్‌కి వెళ్లే అవకాశం ఉందని చూడటానికి మేము వాల్యూమ్ కీలను కూడా చెక్ చేసాము. వాల్యూమ్ కీ లలో ఏమి ప్రాబ్లం లేదని అర్థమైంది .
• కాబట్టి మనం ఈ సమస్యపై Cpu ని రీబాల్ చేయాలి.
• ముందుగా మనం మొబైల్ బ్యాక్ ప్యానెల్‌ని తెరవాలి.
• మదర్ బోర్డ్ మొబైల్ నుండి వేరు చేయబడాలి.
• తర్వాత మనం Cpuకి వెళ్లాలి. Cpu దగ్గరికి వెళ్లిన తర్వాత, Cpu చుట్టూ ఉన్న కాంపోనెంట్‌లు డ్యామేజ్ కాకుండా సిల్వర్ కవర్‌తో కప్పబడి ఉండాలి.
• Cpu చుట్టూ ఉన్న గ్లూ ను జాగ్రత్తగా కట్ చేయాలి . ఇది ఒక హార్డ్ బ్లాక్ పేస్ట్ Cpu.
• Cpuపై ఫ్లెక్స్ పేస్ట్ వేసుకోవాలి మరియు బ్లోవర్ క్విక్ 857dw+తో నెమ్మదిగా హీట్ చేయండి.
• బ్లోవర్ హీట్ టెంపరేచర్ 350 డిగ్రీలు మరియు గాలి 3 ఉండాలి.
• ఈ విధంగా Cpu పైన హీట్ ని చూపుతున్నప్పుడు లిఫ్టింగ్ బ్లేడ్‌ను Cpu కింద నెమ్మదిగా దూర్చాలి .
• లిఫ్టింగ్ బ్లేడ్‌ను బలవంతంగా పంపకూడదు , కానీ నెమ్మదిగా పంపించాలి .

• కాబట్టి లిఫ్టింగ్ బ్లేడ్‌తో Cpuని నెమ్మదిగా తొలగించండి.
• Cpu లిఫ్ట్ చేసిన తర్వాత, Cpu ప్యాడ్ ఫ్లెక్స్ పేస్ట్ మరియు Ppd పేస్ట్ అప్లై చేసి డౌన్‌గ్రేడ్ చేయబడాలి.
• డౌన్ గ్రేడెడ్ అయిన తర్వాత ఇది హార్డ్ బ్లాక్ పేస్ట్ CPU కాబట్టి Cpu ప్యాడ్ పైన ఉన్న గ్లూ అంత త్వరగా పోదు.
• మిగిలిన గ్లూ ను క్విన్లీ 007 బ్లేడ్‌ని తీసుకొని దానిని బ్లోవర్ క్విక్ 857 Dw+తో నెమ్మదిగా హీట్ చేయడం ద్వారా హార్డ్ బ్లాక్ పేస్ట్‌ను తొలగించబడుతుంది.
• అప్పుడు ఒక విక్ తో శుభ్రం చేయండి.
• ఇది ప్రక్రియ అంతా పూర్తయిన తర్వాత , Cpu ప్యాడ్ శుభ్రంగా మరియు నీట్‌గా ఉండాలి.

రీబాల్ ఎలా చేయాలో మనము తెలుసుకుందాము :-

• ఇప్పుడు మనం Cpu రీబాల్ అయితే చేద్దాము .
• ముందుగా Cpu స్టెన్సిల్‌ను తీసుకుందాం. స్టెన్సిల్‌ని తీసుకొని Cpu మీద ఉంచండి.
• స్టెన్సిల్‌ను Cpuపై ఉంచి అలాగే ఉంచాలి.
• అలా ఉంచిన తర్వాత, కొద్దిగా Ppd పేస్ట్ అప్లై చేయండి.
• Ppd పేస్ట్‌ని అప్లై చేసిన తర్వాత త్వరిత 857 Dw+ బ్లోవర్‌తో వేడి చేయండి.
• లోపల బంతులు సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నాయి. బంతులు సరిగ్గా రాకపోతే, స్టెన్సిల్‌పై Ppd పేస్ట్‌ను మళ్లీ అప్లై చేసి, బ్లోవర్‌తో వేడి చేయండి.
• స్టెన్సిల్ పైన కొన్ని బంతులు వస్తాయి. వాటిని సర్జికల్ బ్లేడ్‌తో కత్తిరించాలి.
• తర్వాత బ్లోవర్‌తో మళ్లీ వేడి చేయండి. అన్ని బంతులు సరిగ్గా వచ్చాయని నిర్ధారించిన తర్వాత, స్టెన్సిల్‌ను నెమ్మదిగా తొలగించండి.
• Cpu రీబాల్ ముగిసింది.

• ఇప్పుడు cpuని బోర్డుకి అటాచ్ చేయాలి .
• cpu ప్యాడ్ పైన ఫ్లెక్స్ పేస్ట్ వేసి బ్లోవర్‌తో హీట్ చేయండి.
• cpuని cpu ప్యాడ్‌పై డైరక్షన్ చూసుకొని ఉంచాలి.
• cpu పైన కొన్ని ఫ్లెక్స్ పేస్ట్‌ని వేసుకొని , బ్లోవర్ క్విక్ 857 dw+తో హీట్ చేయండి.
• cpu కదిలి దానికి అదే సెట్అవ్వాలి .
• అలా సెట్ అయితే , cpu కూర్చున్నట్లు అర్థం.
• cpu రీఫిక్స్ ముగిసింది.
• ఇప్పుడు బోర్డ్‌ని మొబైల్‌కి కనెక్ట్ చేసి, USB కేబుల్‌ని కనెక్ట్ చేసి, మొబైల్ ఆన్ అవుతుందో లేదో చూద్దాం.
• మొబైల్ విజయవంతంగా ఆన్ చేయబడింది.
• కస్టమర్ సంతోషంగా ఉన్నాడు.
