1. Swipe Up.
2. Draw UnLock Pattern _
3. Wrong Pattern _
4. Click on Ok _
5. Hard Reset Not working _
6. Try Again 27 Seconds _
7. Swipe Up _

Step 2:

1. Swipe Up _
2. Click on Emergency Call _
3. Code _ *#016*037# (1 Time calling) _
4. Click on Ok _
5. Type FRP Code _ *#813# (1 time Caling) _
6. Click on Ok _
7. Click on < _
8. Swipe Up _
9. Draw Pattern _
10. Wrong Pattern _ Press or Hold Volume Up & Power Buttons at a time _
11. Click on Power Off _

Step 3:

1. Vivo Logo is Displayed _
2. On Button Volume Volume (+) to on your Mobile _
3. Vivo FastBoot _ Click on Recovery Mode _
4. Press or Hold Volume Down (-) Button _
5. Vivo Logo is Displayed _
6. Vivo Y28,Y28S,Y28E _

Step 4:

1. Vivo (Clearing Data.Do Not Operate the Device) _
2. Click on Return _
3. Cleared Cache Cleared _
4. Click on Clear All Data _
5. Click on Ok _
6. Vivo (Clearing Data.Do Not Operate the Device) _
7. 100% Successful _
8. Click on Return _
9. Click on < _
10. Click on Restart _
11. Click on Ok _ 100% UnLock Pattern Lock Remove _
12. Vivo Y28,Y28S,Y28E _ Vivo Logo is Displayed.
