This is a common problem in these models.
Why it comes like this is because the Cpu dry soldering is done and it comes like that.
This happens due to missing the connectivity of the pad to the cpu balls below.
The solution for this is to remove the cpu and then reball and refix it.
Removal and refix of this cpu should be done properly.
Now let’s remove the cpu.

Now we have to open the mobile back panel.
The shield should be cut neatly.
Go near the cpu and cover it with a silver cover so as not to damage the adjacent components.
The glue on the side of the cpu should be carefully cut.
Let’s try to do the cpu lift. Apply flex paste on top of the Cpu.
Heat with blower, Heat Temperature Is 350 degrees Air Is 3.
Make sure to get proper heat.pad should be downgraded Neatly
Black paste should be cleaned with neat 007 blade.
next clean with the wick.

Balls for cpu should also be downgraded.
cpu should also be cleaned with a wick.
If there is any dust on the balls, they should be cleaned with an iron brush. Rub it lightly with an iron brush.
If any scratches are above IC, they should be covered with a UV mask.
Now to reball cpu.
Take the stencil and put it on the cpu and apply the ppd paste on stencil .
Do not apply too much PPD.heat with the blower quick 857 dw+.
Once it is good, if it is not good, then again put the stencil on the CPU and apply PPD and heat it.
Reball is done. and next remove the stencil on cpu. and clean with the normal tooth brush .
Balls should not be up and down in reballing.
